So Cal Remodeling is a Participating Contractor with Energy Upgrade California
The Independently owned utility companies, Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company have formed an alliance to promote energy-efficiency upgrades in existing homes. Homeowners who use a participating contractor to install energy efficiency upgrades can receive up to $8,000. Rebate amounts are based on how efficient your home is after completing the energy retrofit.
For example, a 10% improvement equals $1000 EUC rebate and the more efficient the home becomes the higher the rebate (with a cap of a 40% improvement amounting to $4000.)
On top of that, Los Angles County will match the EUC rebate if at least a 20% improvement is achieved. So, a 40% improvement will result in $8000 in rebates!

Financing
For a limited time, Energy Upgrade California in Los Angeles County is offering property owners a 2% interest rate on eligible residential energy efficiency projects! These loans are offered through Matadors Community Credit Union with support from Los Angeles County. Please see the attached flyer for more infomation about this financing opportunity.
