So Cal Remodeling is proud to be a participating contractor in the Energy Upgrade California program.  Energy Upgrade CA is the state’s largest incentive program, aimed at helping homeowners reduce their energy usage, reduce their utility costs and increase their comfort. The program offers substantial rebates to help offset the costs of an energy upgrade.
