Step 2 – Assess

We offer a variety of in-home performance assessment services that utilize our expert knowledge and experience to deliver year-round comfort, health, and energy efficiency.

Step 3 – Prioritize

We work with you to determine the simplest and most cost-effective path to high performance. We determine what rebates you qualify for and handle all the paperwork.

Step 4 – Upgrade

As a fully licensed and BPI certified general contractor, we are able to manage all of your upgrades projects. As a participating contractor with Energy Upgrade CA are work is qualified for utility rebates up to $8000.

Step 5 – Enjoy

Relax as you enjoy your rebates in your comfortable, efficient home!

If you want to take it a step further; We also offer a comprehensive energy audit that includes a review of your annual energy consumption, blower door test to measure air leakage rates, an infrared camera evaluation, duct leakage test,and a combustion safety analysis. A detailed report is produced that lists specific recommended improvements, the estimated annual savings for each and the timeline to recover your out of pocket expense. After the improvements are completed we will re test your home to certify the savings.
